By placing an order on this web site, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies and conditions.

Items purchased from The Museum of Broadcast Communications e-store may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please allow 14-21 days. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.

If you are returning a non-defective product, a 10% restocking fee will be charged. We are unable to exchange items. All shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

In addition, we will only issue partial refunds (determined upon receipt and review of item) for the return of product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts or any book that has obvious signs of use.

If you received a damaged or defective item- we will exchange it for the same item ONLY. Items incorrectly shipped will be replaced with the correct item.

Follow these directions to return by mail:

1. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees. All products must be wrapped, in original factory sealed shrink wrap.
2. Include the return label (sent to you in the original shipment) with your product and indicate the reason for the return.
3. You are responsible for all shipping charges. We recommend you return items via UPS Ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery. If you are unable to trace your package it will be impossible for you to check on the status of a return. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Please include the postal receipt in your return package. You will be credited all reasonable and customary standard ground shipping charges relevant to that item if product was damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was shipped.
